Check out some incredible pick-up shots captured with the Anthony Rubio in his hometown, the famous South Bronx. It's here, amidst the bustling streets and colorful parks, where Anthony's journey as an artist and nature enthusiast first took root.
Delving into his childhood memories during our interviews, we discovered fascinating stories of his upbringing in the Andrew Jackson Houses. His mother, a pivotal influence, always ensured he was impeccably dressed, igniting his passion for fashion early on. But it's the moments in the nearby park, often left to his own devices by his older brother, where Anthony truly connected with the natural world. These quiet, exploratory experiences may very well be the genesis of his unique fusion of fashion and love for animals.
A huge shout-out to the talented young Evan Hernandez, who brought young Anthony to life on screen, right in the very park that framed Anthony's formative years. Seeing history and present intertwine in this way was nothing short of movie magic.

Had an incredible evening at MS53Q in Far Rockaway, Queens, with my good friend and talented filmmaker, Vee Bravo. It was a full-circle moment for Vee, returning to his alma mater to inspire the next generation about the wonders of filmmaking. @veebravo
I first crossed paths with Vee over a decade ago when he led education at TFI. Since then, we've embarked on a journey to teach and inspire kids from diverse backgrounds in the art of filmmaking. Our collaboration goes beyond teaching - we've also co-produced films, like "PRIMERA," now streaming on HBO Max. @primerafilm
Vee's passion as a filmmaker and educator reminds us that those who teach can also do extraordinary things. From teaching to creating, we're living proof of the dynamic impact educators can have both in and out of the classroom.
